1. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer any refunds on orders once they are placed and delivered.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The perfume bottle has a defective pump or spray issue


3. Replacement Request Timeframe

  • Customers must raise a replacement request within 5 working days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


4. Proof Requirement

To process your replacement request, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear images of the damaged or defective product

Without proper proof, the request may be declined.


5. Product Condition

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for replacement


6. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment

  • The replacement will be delivered within our standard shipping timeline (3–4 working days)
